Potty training: how do i get her to start using public toilet?

No accidents at home for 2 weeks. Will not use any public toilet, she would rather go in her pants and have to head home than use a public toilet, doesnt matter if i bring her trainer seat or not. Bribes/ candy, talk of fun stuff, threatening to go home, she cannot be convinced.Is this common? Any suggestions? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/28ZXWWk
