Swaddling

I have a four month old son; he was a preemie so he currently weighs 11 pounds and 11 ounces. We have recently transitioned away from swaddling and into a swaddle/sleep sack. We put him in this with both arms out. We use the smaller portion to give him a little pressure around the midsection to help him be comfortable. However the weather is recently gotten much warmer, peeking in the upper 70s. We have the air conditioner in our house and keep it at about 73 or 74°. We have had him in nothing but a diaper in the sleep sack. However he seems to still be too warm. He doesn’t sleep well without either a swaddle or at least the sack with swaddle around the midsection because he still flares his arms towards his face quite a bit. He got a slight heat rash on his back the other day after sleeping for several hours at night in the sack. Thoughts or ideas? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/39pdUDu
