Activities for a 1.9y/o that require little energy from me

I work from home and have a 1 year 9 month old, and I need ideas for activities she can do that require little energy from me. I'm so tired always... like lethargic. As young as she is she rarely plays by herself for long and require my wife and I to always be doing something with her. By the end of the day I'm so tired I'm just following her around as she fiddles with stuff. By the end of the day I have no energy to do any work and tend to just watch a bit of tv and go to sleep.
