911 potty training advice/ resources?

Long story short, my now 2 yr old will randomly get sudden, severe diaper rash. We've seen doctors, tried multiple prescriptions, all the holistic options, etc. I do NOT need any advice on diaper rash, just know we have tried anything and everything possible to prevent and manage it. Yesterday she went from zero rash, to within at most half an hour she pooped while we were doing something and I couldn't change her right away and it was blistering and bleeding. We've decided to just try potty training now. I haven't read much on it but she is already getting good at saying pee or poop as she's doing it especially is not wearing a diaper. I'm not sure she's totally ready but we are stuck at home anyway so we can at least dedicate to being consistent. What were your best resources on how to go about it? She's going to be diaper free the next few days anyway except nap and bedtime where she will get her prescription cream on and she usually only pees while sleeping.
