What is the best way or charity to give away new baby items like car seats, strollers you don't need anymore?

Our son is almost 4 years old and we are ready to give away his old crib, changing station, car seats, strollers, breast pump, infant clothes, toys etc.My wife and I are in the hi-tech industry and well compensated. Money was not a constraint when our son was born. We were on a new parent high and went and bought the best for our son . Now we have a garage full of barely used really high quality items which were well packed and put away which we dont need anymore.Instead of randomly giving away to Goodwill or listing on Craigslist We would rather give it to some organization who could really take these items and put them to good use, like a charity for single mothers or mothers in need. Googling hasn't helped find a good charity or organization.
