16 m/o with separation anxiety while dad is away for work. Advice needed.

Hi parents,I am the dad, and I am away with work for a few weeks. It is not the ideal situation and I would have avoided it if possible, but hey, this is the situation we're in.My daughter, 16 months, seems to be finding it really hard and has been crying every night so far. She calms down when she sees a video or photo of me, skyping works but she gets frustrated that I can't pick her up or take things off her when she offers them to me.My wife, the mother, is finding it really draining and tough.
