Daycare Napping Routine

Hey all!I need a sanity check. My wife and I are foster parents and we received a 6mo girl about 2 weeks ago. Things are going great, she sleeps really well at home (12+hrs overnight and a 3hr morning nap on the weekends), but she's having some trouble at daycare. Most days, she gets about 30 minutes of napping and sometimes she breaks an hour in two chunks (before and after "lunch"). The result is a very, very tired and grouchy baby afterschool and more times than not, she's sound asleep in the 7 minutes it takes us to get from daycare to home. This means she's missing about 12-16oz worth of formula that she's packing in over Saturday and Sunday (one "dinner" bottle and one "bedtime" bottle), which we do want her to consume, but not if it sacrifices sleep.I think part of the issue is that daycare cannot put her down with a bottle in her crib, which is how she's been trained to go to sleep (which we've continued at our house for naps and bedtime, but not for the random late-night wakings). They can hold her while she holds her bottle, but that tends to stimulate her to staying awake or lay her on a boppy with her bottle on the floor, but the transfer wakes her up and they have to remove the bottle first, which also wakes her up.Apparently licensing will not allow her to have the bottle in her bed at all, there's no way around it.Anyone have any suggestions?I hate that she's so exhausted every weekday and we'd like to spend time with her after work, but it seems unfair to keep her awake when she's clearly miserable. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2FW5Foo
