My sick 1.5yo won’t stop crying unless I hold him on my lap and use both hands to hold a specific book open (the goodnight train) while the TV is on.The TV doesn’t have to be on anything specific, and we spent a lot of the day so far “watching” pandora radio.The book is 100% ignored unless I take a hand off it, (to use my phone to make a post on Reddit, for example.) but if i do, or it closes or is switched for a different book, he whines until I fix it.I don’t mind a comfortably lazy, snuggly day.
