What is your advise for firs time parents and child’s first shots ?

We have a 3 week old and getting his shots soon but aren’t sure what are safe and what aren’t necessary.We have herd so many things about drs pushing vaccines but we honestly don’t want to be bad parents and not get his shots.Any advise would be really appreciated via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2NJqIKD
