Potty Training. Success when pants-free. Underwear holding us back, and what to do about preschool on Monday.

So tried to work on potty training w/3 year old daughter this weekend. She does great w/no bottoms on! Only a couple accidents, but she normally runs over to the potty to tinkle if need be. However, if we put underwear on her, she seems to be confused and pees right in them. That has happened back to back this morning (day 2). So, do we keep her naked below the waist the rest of the day? What about when she goes back to preschool tomorrow (my husband & I can’t take any time off, my office is super short-staffed this week, and my husband needs all his time off for our vacation (family wedding) next month.) Do I send her to school with pants and no underwear? A skirt? Or put a pull-up on her which she’ll just pee in like a diaper? All our previous potty training attempts have been disastrous fails, so I was surprised that we finally had success, but now I can’t stay home to build on it.
