Parenting tip for tracking memories - create email accounts for your kids early in life.

I didn’t do this as soon as I would have liked, but I tell all new parents to do so right away. Create email accounts you and your spouse/partner can send messages to. I send pictures (include selfies and videos of yourself!), thoughts, memories, advice, proud moments, etc to the address because I know there is so much I forget over the years. Give the child the account and password when you feel the time is right - graduation, their marriage, when they have kids, etc. it will give them a good history of their childhood and lasting opportunity to see/hear you forever after you are gone.
