Update from my previous post about CPS calling at my house earlier this week: Previous postPosting from mobile; let me know if this is illegible.So the rest of the week passed, Sunday came and it was time for my ex to bring our daughter back to me for my week. She was a no-show and didn't call or anything, so I called her myself asking where she was with our daughter and if she would be on her way soon. She blatantly said she wouldn't allow our daughter back to stay with me for my appointed parenting time until the DSS investigation (which she called in!) is finished, which will not be for another month and a half.I called the police and had them come with me to her house with a copy of our custody order, but their hands are tied and can't physically make her give her back to me. They said the best I can hope for right now is to take her to court and she would be held in contempt for violating the order.So here I am; haven't really slept in over 24 hours, the government is still investigating me on bogus claims, my daughter is not with her family where she belongs, and I'm tired, angry, and just fed up with the whole system. I'm visiting a list of attorneys this morning once business hours hit and I'm firing back with everything I've got.Any suggestions for where to go from here? Is there anything I'm missing?
