Is it normal as a parent to have more than one 'go-to' babysitter in the event that one is busy? Since so much of my trust is in their ability to care for my child, it feels weird to have that same level with more than one person. What is your experience with multiple babysitters if at all? Or do you have one babysitter who if busy, you just stay home? Do you frequently alternate?
