Bad mom

I feel like a bad mom. I have a 18 month old and a 2 month old. I feel like I am neglecting my 18m old when I’m busy with newborn (feeding, diaper change, bathing etc) and when I put newborn down to play feed 18 month old, I feel like I should be holding building bond with newborn like I did with 18 month old when he was born, if I make sense. Also, I need a break but when I get time to myself (dad takes them to different room to play) I feel terrible like I could be playing or bonding with my children instead of being on my phone or watching tv.
