Not seeking medical advice, but I’m stumped about who to take my kid to. We’ve been to the pediatrician, and she’s stumped too. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this happening and who I should take the kid to to handle it. The long and short of it is that my kids hair smells like urine. We’ve tried washing more frequently, less frequently, with mild shampoo, fancy shampoo, medicated shampoo. There’s no visible signs of problems, but as soon as his hair is dry, he starts to smell like urine. Ped did urinalysis and nothing is showing up there. So. Stumped.
