What do you do with your child’s wardrobe?

A)Let your kid wear whatever they want (within reason. Weather and size appropriate, age appropriate) their outfits sometimes look like this: a My Little Pony hoodie. Baggy striped sweatpants. Rain boots with frogs. A baseball hat. Hey, it’s comfortable, they’re making choices, as long as they are happy WHO CARES what if it matches. It’s their favorite things.Or...B) Pick out your kids clothes. Take some guidance from them as to what they prefer, of course, but they aren’t the best with matching and they don’t really care what they wear so why not make sure it’s a decent outfit?Or other? How does this work in your family. I have 5 kids and my older two make the decisions (with some limitations of course) for themselves. I’ve offered my thoughts about “this would be cute” and get snickers “oooookayyyy mom no thank you.” But the younger ones don’t care. They are def more “A” category. To simplify the issue of matching tops and bottoms we mostly stick with a basic black legging. They like leggings better anyway, so we just stock up and they pick their shirts. I’m curious to what others do though! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/32LStdu
