I have a budget of $200 before taxes to buy a travel system. I can't find one I like. Advice?

I've been shopping around online and in Target and Walmart for days. I can't seem to decide which one to go with. I've read the reviews, done my homework.I'm looking for cloth over polyester.I've kind of narrowed my search to 5 or so. There are pros and cons. The car seat is good but the stroller is a piece of crap, and vice versa. I have yet to find a balance.I plan on getting Safety 1st 3-in-1 for $150 when I'm ready. I'd like to stay under $375 overall.I was looking at the Safety 1st SmoothRide. While the stroller is great, the car seat is a piece of crap. Like a REAL piece of crap.I was also looking at the Evenflo Sibby. High on my budget.
