I have a 4 year old. What would parents of a 6 year old give as advice for things to do in the next 2 years to prepare them better?

I have been thinking about what I would tell the parents of a 2 year old, what tips or tricks I would provide to them or even advice if they asked... And I was wondering what I would be saying in 2 years time, in retrospect about the tools, techniques or just plan good advice that I would want the father of a son.
