This is the weirdest thing to me. My 6 year old just doesn't want to do anything ever. He will play if i play with him otherwise he will literally lay in bed doing nothing because he says "playing by myself is boring." I cant really get him interested in much at all: toys I had as a kid, coloring, playgrounds. He really only wants to either play video games or watch tv which he can only do every so often. He didnt want to do anything else for the longest tine so I stopped letting him have unlimited access. At times what he is doing seems like a protest to that and other times he just seems so uninterested in everything. He is a happy, energized kid but doesnt have interests.
