Theyre 6 and 4. We live near a community pool but they always stick to the kiddie section, my kids have been telling me forever that they want to learn how to swim. I've been trying for two years to get them into city sponsored free swimming classes but there's always a mile long waiting list and we never get the call back. Its frustrating. I was wondering, have any of you moms and dads taught your kids to swim on your own in pools? If so...any tips?
