Pros and cons of single parenting?

Hello!I’m currently a 24yo female going through nursing school. While I am nowhere near ready to be a parent (at least financially), I wanted to start learning now so I can be as ready as I possibly can.I know I’m young, and I’m sure many of you are shaking your head and saying I shouldn’t worry about this yet. But one of my biggest dreams in life is to have children and it brings me joy to prep and learn about it.So, I’d like to ask all the single parents out there what they experienced- the pros and cons. I’m also curious about the option of artificial insemination and single parenting in the event I am not married/committed to someone by the age of 28.I’ve done some preliminary research into pregnancy and financial aspects of raising a children (per week/month/year costs, what you typically spend money on, working while having a child, the cost of artificial inseminiation, etc). But sometimes the raw numbers and science don’t cover all of the real-life aspects of parenting.So, if I may ask, what were the most difficult aspects of single parenting? The best aspects? Would you consider this a good option or would you recommend something else?
