
I used to be big into gym, but since having a three year old daughter and twins, there’s just never enough time to head to gym, do an hour session, manage a separate diet from the family. I’ve found myself slipping into bad habits and putting on weight - it sucks, and I want to do something about it.What’re your gym routines like with kids?
