Has a 3/4th degree tear, nerve damage and coccyx damage. Post natural birth of a beautiful 4.1 kg baby. Has anyone gone through a similar experience? I feel alone

I am 5 months post partum and still can’t sit straight. I am in pain throughout the day and exhausted. I had a prolonged labour and baby was on the 95% tile. I found out any baby over 90% is a cseizure. the doctor only documented 2nd degree tear but the MRI 5 months later contradicted her conclusion. Is unable to have sex due to pain. Just recently my partner can just penetrate. MRI showed coccyx subluxation with bone marrow fluid and peri coccygeal soft tissue oedema ( bent up coccyx bone and fluid surrounding). Scar incarceration of right prudential nerve. ( they sutured my nerve)I am looking for support and management of such injuries.This has taken a massive toll on my quality of life. I feel upset and angry that has happened. My baby also suffered from complications post birth. But now is doing well and meeting mile stones. Thank god. I also work at this hospital that I had my baby just for opinionPlease has anyone gone through a similar experience.
