Still co-sleeping with my 14 month old, but starting to want my bed back

My 14 month old is still in my bed and wakes me up multiple times a night to nurse, plus she manages to take up more than half my bed. I would love to sleep train her, but with the minimum amount of crying since her crib is in a room with her 2 sisters, and they don't appreciate being left with a screaming baby.
