Room sharing with kids 3 years apart?

So, my husband and I are considering having a second child. We’ve been one and done previously. But are reconsidering that decision. Should we have another we would be trying right away and would have around a 3 year age gap.We live in a 2 bedroom house. Realistically we wouldn’t be able to move for about 5 or so years. It’s not a huge house, but not terribly small. She is in a toddler bed now, but there is enough room in there for two twin beds down the line. And there is a small play area just off the living room. We have a very large yard and spend a lot of time outside. So they wouldn’t be on top of each other all the time.Just wanting to hear other parents who room share with a similar age gap. How old was the younger one when they moved in together? How long was the adjustment period before everyone got sleep again?
