My son was publically humiliated by a bully on the playground and nothing is being done.

My son is a great kid but has always struggled with making friends. He does have one really amazing friend who helps him a lot.During recess my son used to go to the library to play on the computer but due to an incident not involving my son the library has been put on hold during lunch periods. Kids can now only enter with a teacher present.My son went to outdoor recess on Friday and sat down by the wall reading his book. His friend invited him to join a kickball game. Now, my son hates sports but his friend was able to talk him into giving it a shot. As soon as he walked over kids started insulting him. He was ultimately picked last and the friend has to shut down further taunts from both teams.When it was his turn to kick my son kicked a couple of foul balls. The kids on his team were getting frustrated because apparently 4 fouls is an out in their game. After the 3rd foul my son was becoming upset so his friend told him not to worry about outcome and just kick the ball. As he waited for the ball to come the kid behind my son pulled my son's pants down to around his ankles. My son quickly pulled them up but the damage was already done.My son and his friend both reported the incident. I went to the school yesterday. Because it happened away from the teachers and aides they say that there is nothing they can do because there weren't enough witnesses and the accused kid is denying it. My son and his friend aren't the only ones to come forward but other kids are defending the bully. They are saying that my son's pants fell down on their own. Right....So what the fuck can I do. I am so pissed. I am ready to go above their heads but I want to make sure I'm not going crazy here. This should be punished, RIGHT?? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2IUG4hX
