What are some appropriate activities for a grounded 11 year old to do while parents are at work?

My son got himself grounded from electronics for the rest of the week. He is a latchkey kid so he normally entertains himself with watching you tube or playing games. He seems to be so addicted that the thought of doing anything else seems so boring and makes him feel listless.
