My kid smells SO bad. She's 9 and I've taught her proper hygiene but for some reason she is just not getting it. She showers every other night, washes face and brushes teeth twice a day. I remind her to wash her hands after using the bathroom when she's at home. I don't know what I need to do to make what I say stick?! Currently stuck sitting in my car with her since we can't go anywhere with her smelling so horrible (we had to rush out for a showing at our house) and I can't stand it, even with the windows down. I'm also pregnant so I have super-scent powers atm but even my husband agrees that she smells bad and he's not as sensitive to smell. Anyone else have this problem with a kid of similar age? What did you do or say to make them realize that hygiene is important? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2VVJWSz
