My first, a fourteen year old daughter, came home from school one day and we did our routine-my kids come home off the bus, tell me and their step-dad about their day, ask help for homework, ect.- and she pulls out her phone. She sort of sighs and says something along the lines of, “I know you’ll say ‘no’ but..” and shows me a nose ring. I told her I would have to think about it, and I consult her father, who doesn’t respond because he’s on night shift (we got divorced when she was 11). So now I’m looking for advice, I know they’re not permanent and can be taken out but I’m unsure, I personally like subtle piercings but the thought of them on my daughter is kind of different...please help maybe when she’s older?
