My son didn’t believe me when I told him the blue berries would be bad, so I let him find out for himself.

Haha, this happened a few minutes ago. My son, 9, told me he wanted the blueberries I was going to throw away. He didn’t believe me when I said they would taste bad. He kept pleading and begging for them. He’s been asking for things and not accepting the answer. It’s been getting him in trouble at home and school. So, I thought I’d let him get what he wants in this case. None of the berries were moldy just shriveled and dry.He slowly ate one that was more plump and said, “this is good! I knew I was right.”He enthusiastically went for more and ate a very bone dry one and gagged hahaha!I just laughed and didn’t say anything. He threw them away.I don’t know what this taught him but hopefully you get what you ask for sometimes. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2NGt3Y0
