I'm a dad to be and I have what I've haphazardly self-diagnosed as mild OCD, particularly relating to house cleanliness. I'm not nearly naïve enough to think I can keep our apartment spotless with an infant to care for, but I'm extremely concerned about spit-up or diaper leaks triggering my OCD and leading to undue stress that, combined with the regular challenges of infant care, will make me less than an effective partner to my already-tired wife. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you deal with it?P.S. I'd appreciate not being told to just "get over it" or to "cope" - I would gladly flip this switch off if I could. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2pmn0MN
