How do I explain to a 3 year old that a character in a movie died? **possible movie spoilers for Big Hero 6 if you haven’t seen it yet**

We watched Big Hero 6 with my 3 year old daughter last night. She saw the part where Hero’s brother went back into the exhibit hall and then it blew up and she kept asking where did he go? What happened to him? And I just kind of looked at my mom like “What do I do?!” I was totally unprepared to explain that he died.
