I am not a super-strict parent by any means, but honestly I’d at least expect people working in a pharmacy to know better. Ask first before giving kids candy! Especially when they’re little.Husband dropped in at our pharmacy to get his flu shot today, brought our son along. He’s a cute and friendly kid, 13 months old but big, wearing 24m clothes. So I don’t wholly blame the lady for taking a shine to him when he’s playing coy. But before husband even knew what happened, the toddler was happily sucking on a sucker she’d given him.W.t.f...Who just gives a stranger’s baby candy, let alone hard candy which poses a choking hazard...I’ve surprisingly evaded so many of the stories about the nerve of strangers when it comes to babies - no one has ever picked him up without asking, or made rude comments about whatever thing. Until now. Jeez... via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2i2j2os
