Have you had or heard of bad experiences Trick or Treating in “good” neighborhoods?

I’m thinking of an op ed that went viral a few years ago where a mother wrote in complaining that the poor kids are being bussed in to her neighborhood, this didn’t seem right, etc. Immediately people jumped on her and said she was a horrible person. But this does exist, this debate on what is appropriate at Halloween. I wondered if anyone had any horror stories themselves or opinions on how their town/city is affected by inevitably some neighborhoods being safer, better... it touches on racial and class issues that are tricky I think. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gHl8xs
