Mom failing the role of custodial parent

After our daughter was born Tiffany my now ex would yet again do the exact thing she did with the previous father to her first child and at exactly six month after giving birth she left the relationship. She's 25, one six year old, one one year old with me and with neither fathers. Due to a protection order she was given full custody legal and physical. Since the protection order was a last attempt to control the situation she was seen as using the order to get me in trouble. The order was then modified so that any contact in person and literally anything can happen but it has to be with her agreement. So she could be living with me again, which she has a few times with the order in place......makes alot of sense to have that order huh lol. Anyway, she is the custodial parent and for the last few months I have not had one Dr update, shot update, diet, progress, not one ounce of relevant information. She refuses to let me take our daughter swimming or to parent child classes while she's at work and our daughter is at daycare (which I pay for) so me being a medically retired Marine, I am usually waiting to see my daughter that I miss so much it's going to kill me, all the while she's right down the road at a fake no certifications no inspections no licenses daycare in a friends trailer. I own a nice house with land perfect for my daughter. I have dozens of texts showing her craziness, such as if I trim her bangs again she will have me arrested, or if I give her money on the side she will have me arrested. She does not follow her own court order hours and hides. She has no home and stays in her uncle's trailer eith her and her son and our daughter in a room the size of a small bathroom. One of the most important obligations of the custodial parent in Vermont is to encourage, support and maintain the relationship with the non-custodial parent and child including extra curricular activities when possible. So she has completely stopped co-parenting in every way, does not do anything asked of her as a custodial parent. The next court hearing is the beginning of December for change of custody that I filed, do you think at this point the right thing will happen? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gzDm09
