I'll keep this as short and to the point as possible. I have kids, lots of them. Right now in our house, we have 5 under the age of 12. 2 of the children(siblings) are foster kids from an abusive home (verbal, physical, and sexual) One of them(girl ~8) has some serious rage/anger/behavior issues. We are going through the system to get her as much help as possible. The system moves slow. It would be very helpful to have additional resources now.Evenings typically include a 2 to 3 hour tantrum that includes breaking items, biting parents, screaming and lots of threats. The last one was because I wouldn't take her to the store the moment she asked and buy her candy. All we can do once it gets to this point is separate her from the rest of the family and make sure she doesn't have access to any dangerous or breakable items.Any books, audio books, lectures, seminars, websites would be greatly appreciated. I would be glad to share more and specific information if you have any questions. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2xVFOIw
