First pet suggestions for a 3YO and a highly allergic mother

My daughter is 3 years old and loves all kinds of animals. Worms and spiders all the way up to puppies and especially cats. However my wife is highly allergic to cats, dogs and even hamsters. My first thought is a pet rat, but my wife hates them. Snakes and spiders are a no-go too. Any suggestions? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2eVWuFc
