Child Learns The Value of Being Young: Updated

So, about 2 weeks ago, I posted about my 15 year old son admitting to partying. I talked about how it seemed to affect him in some way... Like, it made him grow up in a way that he can’t undo. Well, I think it’s made a huge difference talking about it. My son and I are closer because of it. In a weird way, I trust him more. But, I think that he is still a little affected by it. It seems like he was using partying as a substitute for real friends. So, should I consider counseling or what.. It’s made a positive difference just talking about it. But, I wish he could stop being so sad from it. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2wLlEkN
