Can anyone help with preschool lunch ideas with the following stipulations?

I'm feeling really burned out on putting together lunches for my four year old. Here's what I have to consider every morning when preparing his lunches:1) No nuts or peanuts due to allergies in the class2) No deli meats (they upset my LO's stomach)3) Cannot need to be heated (against school rules)4) No raw vegetables (LO will not touch them)5) No eggs (preschool teacher request due to smell)6) No bananas. Could be sliced bananas on something, but no whole bananas. (LO will not touch a banana with the slightest bruise)7) Should be somewhat healthy (Just a small request from Mommy and Daddy????)My son is actually a pretty good eater, but most of the vegetables he'll eat have to be warm. He loves broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Loves peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, and squashes - but again, has to be hot. Won't touch them cold and his school doesn't allow anyone's lunch to be heated up in a microwave.Right now, he pretty much is getting a chicken salad sandwich, a sunflower butter and strawberry preserves sandwich, or a chicken wrap with avocado. He'll get each one or two days every week, and he's asking for different foods.I feel like every Sunday I sit at the table with cookbooks looking for new ideas for him and eventually just give up.Any suggestions? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2y1gLVc
