How do you schedule childcare vs work if you're both work from home parents?

Are there any parents out there who both run an online business from home? How do you work out your routine and juggle a two year old?Daycare is not an option right now - we live in a small town and there aren't many day care centers out there that seem trustworthy.We want to take turns watching him while the other works but get at least 8 hours of work in from each of us.
