My wife and I sent invitations out almost 2 weeks ago for our daughter's 2nd bday. Nice paper invites. We handed out to our friends, and the daycare owner handed out to all the parents.We just found out that an email was sent yesterday, inviting kids from her daycare for a birthday party for the same day at the same time.Its strange how an email was sent to a subset of people, knowing that they knew about our party in advance.My wife has been informed by two parents now. We don't know what to do other than waiting to see who decides to join us vs. them. Any ideas or advice?As i was about to his post, my wife got a text from the offending mom saying how cool it is that their bday parties are the same day.
