FTM of a 7mo old and our new nanny started 2 weeks ago. She's with him 2 days per week, and either dad or I am home as well (we both work from home part time).We hear our child crying all day long. Like every time she's trying to play with him, put him down, feed him or change him...basically whenever he's not asleep. We've had another nanny and he seemed generally happy with her most of the day.I really like this woman. She's kind, experienced, mostly follows instructions, and is easy to have in our home. I want this to work out, but I'll be damned if it doesn't seem like my kid hates her.I've tried watching them together and giving her some pointers (e.g. he doesn't like to be still, so pick him up and walk around if he's fussing), but I also don't want to ride her all day.Is there anything I can do to help them get on better?
