So here's the timeline: Saturday night, mom notices that LO is really warm when putting her back to bed. Sunday morning, LO clearly has a fever, around 103. Fever lasts most of the day, and she goes to bed. Monday morning she seems fine, but monday evening, the fever comes roaring back, 103 again. Tuesday she seems find pretty much all day, temp is still high (around 100) but she's acting normal. Wednesday she no longer has a fever, but is a total grump all day. Her mom tries to put her down for a nap and she won't have it, starts crying inconsolably nonstop for a few hours. Finally stops crying in the afternoon, but is still a huge grump. Evening rolls around, and she's super grumpy and crying off and on at the slightest provocation. We put her down for bed and she sleeps 11 hours, waking up only once in the night and easily going back down. She wakes up this morning and she is lethargic, somewhat grumpy, somewhat weepy, not at all her usual boisterous, goofy self. No fever.Am I right to be worried? Is this a normal timeline for overcoming a fever? I worry that something's still wrong since she's been in a crummy mood for over 24 hours even though the fever is long gone. This is my first kid, so I have no experience, I was hoping people who know more than me could tell me if I'm worrying too much. Thanks for all the help! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2bqCJTP
