My almost 4 year old has horrible night terrors. He has no idea what's going on when it happens, and i would love some advice!

Seriously. The car is running but nobody is driving. He doesn't have any memory of them happening, and while we try to talk to him about it, we're getting nowhere.It has happened early consistency over the past year, with the past few weeks being every night.At this point I would just let him cry it out but he shares his room with his brother so that can't happen without waking him up worse than he already does!any advice would be amazing because I think we are all sick himself included with not sleeping through the night! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2WJbNV4
