I posted this question to r/mommit just now but then realized it's not super active. We are new to daycare so we are still trying to figure out what is normal and what isn't. My 12-month old started daycare this week. So far, I have seen the worker pull children by the arm twice in three days: once with a baby who is definitely younger than mine (could sit up but not much more). The other time it was a toddler. Both children cried and seemed scared afterwards.I am upset by this and I think I would go ballistic if she did it to my daughter. I just wanted to check if my normalmeter is well calibrated, though. Is this normal daycare discipline? Just grabbing one little hand and pulling a baby's weight when you want them to get out of the way or stop playing with something? Seems pretty rough to me.How would you address this?FYI: I created this account to post this question, since I would like to keep my parenting stuff separate from other activity. Thanks for any advice. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2vkIJYp
