How do you stay zen and calm?


Some things about parenting my children just feel so HARD. (When they ignore me, when daughter is being demanding, when I have to repeat myself a million times during the bedtime routine.) However, my husband and mother-in-law don't seem to mind these issues and it doesn't bring them down. I've concluded that I need to improve my attitude in order to be a happier mother.My question is, how do you stay positive and detached?
