One year old held her breath until she turned blue

I put my daughter down so I could stir some food and she started crying really hard. She always does that so I didn’t pay attention much and then she got completely silent. She usually does this too but only for a few seconds. When she didn’t start screaming again I turned around and she was turning blue and starting to pass out. I grabbed her and started patting her back thinking she was choking but nothing happened. All I could do was scream. I was so scared. My mother in law grabbed her and blew in her face and she started breathing again. All this happened in about 30 seconds. I was so scared. I’ve been crying and shaking since it happened. I thought she was dying. I didn’t know what to do. I did some research online and I’ll be calling her doctor tomorrow. She’s been acting completely normal since it happened.
