Husband says he feels like my roommate.

My husband I have have been together for 6 years and have 2 toddlers.Every couple weeks my husband goes on a rant that he feels like my roommate and not a spouse. I get it. We both work full time and have kids to take care of. There’s not a lot of time for us.My husband always brings up how things used to be-before kids. Obviously we can’t go back to those days.In all honesty, my life is consumed by my career and my kids. My husband is kind of an afterthought. I want to be a better wife to him but at the same time, I’m too tired to put in the effort. I know he misses the cute wife I was before kids, but I’m different now.Part of me thinks that my husband is selfish and he just can’t accept that this is his life now.Has anyone been through this?
