how often do you see your friends?

my kids are now 5 and 3, and for the last 5 years i feel I've been a very dedicated dad, really doing my part and helping raise them.theyre a little older now so i thought i could reconnect with some friends i sort of lost touch with when the 1st was born. so for the last couple months, my friends and i get together at a pub on sunday afternoon from about 1pm til 6pm. we usually just chat and play board games or cards. no one gets sloshed. the way i see it I'm only spending about 6 hours a week to maintain some friendships, and I'm usually home in time for dinner.my wife has made hints that I've been spending too much time away from home. am i? it seems like such a small amount of time for me. my wife i don't think is jealous because she works from home and most her friends are sahms and she goes out for lunch with someone almost every day while the kids are in school. anyway she's never said anything explicit. just subtle hints. just want your opinions. is 6 hours a week away from home too much? how often do you see friends? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2LKQPzm
