Screens during after school snack but before homework

My 5 year old has full day kindergarten, starting when the bus picks up at 8:30 until it drops off at 4. This is a pretty long day for a young kid, and so to let her rest (and also reset mentally), I let her watch approx. 30 mins of screen time while eating her after school snack, which is then immediately followed by her school-assigned homework (except on Fridays). She is not allowed to use screens during meals, at home or when out.Do you think that allowing her this screen and snack combo before doing homework is setting a bad precedent by combining food and screens and by allowing screens before homework?
